Otakoo is a subscription-based anime streaming platform operated by Cookies Factory s.r.l., registered at Via Cosseria 2, Rome, Italy ("we", "us", "our" or "Otakoo").
The service allows subscribers to access audiovisual content in streaming, participate in engagement features such as Scene Reactions and Episode Threads, and browse the available title catalogue across all compatible devices.
Cookies Factory s.r.l. is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure. WASPA website: www.waspa.org.za
Otakoo is charged as a subscription service. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing Settings > Subscription, by dialling *123# to manage your mobile subscriptions, or by contacting our support team.
Refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided except where required by applicable law.
To register and use Otakoo you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the service you confirm you are 18 or older and have the bill payer's permission. Only one account is allowed per person for personal, non-commercial use.
The service must not be used to engage in illegal conduct, disseminate illegal content, or infringe copyright.
Digital piracy—including capturing, recording, downloading, or re-streaming content—is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
By submitting content to Otakoo, you grant Cookies Factory s.r.l. a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited licence to use or publish your content. You remain entirely responsible for the content you submit.
Otakoo streams anime content under licence agreements. All audiovisual content remains the exclusive property of their respective rights holders and is provided solely for personal use.
By using the service, you agree to receive promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your account settings.
For help, call 080 099 1452. Allow our agents up to 24 hours to reply to your ticket, with a maximum of 5 days. Spamming our support system with multiple tickets will result in your request being pushed to the back of the queue.
We do our best to keep our platform up to date with current football matches and player data. In the case that services are temporarily interrupted due to technical issues, we will announce updates on our social media channels. We do not hold any affiliation or similar directly with the games, leagues, or players listed on our platform.
